This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application (“App”) provided by CodeLoam. The App uses audio files, including bultin and uploaded by users, to synthesize a new audio file. We use AWS Amplify Analytics to collect and analyze usage data to improve the App.
Information Collection and Use
We access the following information from users’ mobile devices to provide and improve the App’s features and services: device type, operating system version, installed software, browsing activity within the App, and location (if permission is granted). We share aggregated usage data with our service provider AWS to analyze how people are using the App. AWS may retain this data according to their data retention policy. AWS collects the following usage data on our behalf: device type, operating system version, device metrics like CPU/memory, App opens, feature usage, and session length. AWS uses this data to generate analytics reports for us.
User Uploaded Files
The App allows users to upload audio files which can then be used to synthesize a new audio file. No other user can view or access the files a user uploads. We do not retain or share users’ uploaded files. Users can delete the files they upload at any time using the options within the App.
Location Information
We may request permission to access location services on your device to provide location-based features within the App. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings or by indicating your location preferences within the App. We do not share precise location data with third parties.
Data Retention
Usage data collected by AWS is retained according to their data retention policy. We retain the information collected from users’ mobile devices for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected, as stated herein or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Security We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of users’ information, and we require AWS to do the same. However, no system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of users’ information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and make the new version available in the App. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
