Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the App for personal use on your compatible mobile device. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.
User Content
The App allows you to upload audio files for the purpose of synthesizing a new audio file. You retain ownership and responsibility for the audio files you upload. By uploading any audio files, you grant us a limited license to access and use the files solely for the purpose of providing services through the App. We do not claim ownership of any of your audio files. Make sure you have permission to upload and share any content that you do not have the rights to. We reserve the right to remove any audio files at our discretion.
Permitted uses
You can use this app only to create white noise for your own personal use.
Prohibited uses
You cannot download, distribute, or sell the white noise created within this app, whether for free or for a fee.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App and/or our services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App or any portion thereof will function as intended or will be free from errors.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the App and any services provided are at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App or any services provided will always be secure, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, in no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your access or use of the App or any services provided, whether arising in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Audio files
The App incorporates certain audio files that are licensed under Creative Commons licenses. These clips have been manually extracted from public field recordings gathered by the Freesound.org project. Subject to the restrictions of the applicable Creative Commons licenses, we are authorized to use, modify, publish, and share these audio files. We may edit or package the audio files to improve the user experience. We appreciate the generous sharing of these audio files by their creators. The content and specific provisions of the licenses for these audio files may change over time, and we will update our statements accordingly. Other than the content identified above, the App does not use any additional copyrighted content. The remainder of the App was developed by us and is subject to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and applicable laws and regulations.
